Careful

I saw a blade of grass,

I wished it longer.

Water.

It grew so tall,

I wished it smaller.

Cut.

I wished it longer.

Water, more water.

It grew yellow,

I wished it greener.

More water.

It grew browner, smaller.

Gone.

 

I see a blade of grass,

I wish it nothing.

A tear of dew clings lightly, now,

Inside I see all
